The Origins and Meaning Behind Jaguar’s Worldly Colours.

Jaguar’s colours are as worldly as Jaguar’s reputation for making exceptional vehicles. In this series, we will dive a little bit deeper into each of the colour’s names, their origin, and meaning. Today we examine Fuji White.

Fuji White: Bright, White, Solid Paint.

Jaguar’s Fuji White paint reminds us of the white ranunculus flowers you can find nearby at the Carlsbad Flower Fields. But to learn the true background of this colour, we need to travel across the world to Japan.

Climb Atop the Tallest Peak in Japan – Mount Fuji

Mount Fuji a well-known symbol of Japan and is frequently depicted in art and photographs, as well as visited by sightseers and climbers. Over thousands of years, its active volcano has shaped an exceptionally symmetrical cone, which is snow-capped for about 5 months a year. The soft white snow atop the rugged, yet refined Mount Fuji is the perfect inspiration for Jaguar’s desirable paint colour.

Mount Fuji is located 60 miles southwest of Tokyo, Japan.
